To complete the environment, a convivial dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen, ideal for sharing lunches and dinners with friends.

On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with a sober and relaxing design, accompanied by an elegant bathroom, cared for in the smallest details. Going up to the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, each designed to offer comfort and privacy. Two modern bathrooms serve this area, one of which is en-suite, directly connected to the master bedroom. From the first floor there is also access to a wonderful private terrace that directly overlooks the pool and the surrounding landscape, offering a relaxing and suggestive view.

OUTDOOR

Outside; Soho Villa is an invitation to spend time outdoors. In the center of the garden there is a splendid private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a well-kept outdoor dining area with barbecue.
