The villa features three elegant and bright bedrooms, all characterized by large panoramic windows that flood the spaces with natural light and offer unique views of the sea and the mountains. Two master bedrooms open directly onto the garden and the pool through large sliding doors, while the third bedroom at the back provides a peaceful retreat with views over the hills.
The four bathrooms, finished to a high standard, include two en-suite bathrooms in the sea-view bedrooms, one adjacent to the third bedroom, and an outdoor bathroom designed for those using the pool or outdoor areas, combining elegance with functionality.
The living room, the heart of the villa, opens onto a very large glass wall that leads to the outdoor pergola, filling the space with soft, enveloping natural light. The modern kitchen, featuring a central island, blends harmoniously with the outdoor dining area, enhanced by an ornamental olive tree and equipped with a barbecue, sink, and an additional island—perfect for al fresco lunches and dinners.
