How does the booking process work with Sicilife?
All our villas and services are booked on request: all we need is a simple filling out of the form. Our team will contact you within 6 hours via email or WhatsApp with availability, prices and all the details to confirm the booking in a simple and direct way.
How do I confirm a reservation?
The reservation is confirmed by paying a deposit via bank transfer. The remaining part of the balance must be paid on site, on the day of check-in. It is necessary to send the receipt of the transfer within 3 days of confirmation. Otherwise, the villa will be available again for other customers.
Do you provide assistance during the stay?
Absolutely. Our concierge service is available 24/7 before and during your stay. We offer immediate support for any needs or unexpected events.
