Villa Nina opens into an elegant and bright open-plan space, where the living room and kitchen flow together in perfect harmony. The central island becomes the heart of the home: a convivial place to cook, share moments, and enjoy the sea view coming through the large windows, allowing the kitchen to truly be experienced as the heart of the house.
The living room is furnished with an antique design stereo system and minimal, elegant furniture, creating a refined yet welcoming atmosphere, where every detail reflects a balance between design and comfort. The visual continuity with the outdoors enhances the sense of space and brightness, making the areas perfect for both relaxation and social moments.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one of which features an en-suite bathroom, and one twin bedroom, all designed to offer guests maximum comfort. The two fully equipped bathrooms, with their refined design, ensure both functionality and elegance, with one of them enhanced by a striking double sink feature.
The villa is designed to accommodate up to 6 adults, with the possibility of hosting up to 8 guests (4 adults and 4 children up to 12 years old). Every space has been carefully planned to provide privacy, natural light, and continuity with the outdoor areas, making a stay at Villa Nina a truly exclusive and relaxing experience.

The outdoor dining area, together with a convenient sink and worktop, makes the spaces perfect for enjoying the home throughout the day. The garden, enriched with Mediterranean plants and olive trees, offers privacy and an authentic atmosphere.
Villa Nina is located in an exclusive position that allows easy access to some of the most beautiful spots in the area, such as Guidaloca Bay, Cala Mazzo di Sciacca, the Tonnara of Scopello, and the Zingaro Nature Reserve.
